Overview
We are a midsized commercial design build company that performs ground up construction, renovation and property management. We are looking to hire hard working experienced Construction Laborers ASAP!

- Perform construction labor tasks as part of ground up construction, renovation and property management projects.
- Assist with maintenance, property management, and punch list items during site visits.
- Maintain safety and clean work areas; demonstrate critical thinking and problem solving.

- Must have the following experience:
Previous construction experience preferred but not mandatory - Valid driver s license with reliable transportation

- Good customer interaction skills a must as we routinely visit various properties for maintenance/property management/punch list items
