ROWE is seeking Construction Engineering Technicians to join our team at the Newberry, MI location. The role involves monitoring compliance with construction drawings and specifications on large and small‑scale projects, playing a key part in expanding our Construction Services team.

• Monitor construction of highways, bridges, buildings, utilities, and other infrastructure.
• Perform field testing on various construction materials.
• Prepare daily work reports.
• Communicate with the project team throughout the construction process.

• 5+ years of previous construction experience preferred.
• 5+ years of MDOT experience preferred.
• Concrete certification, density certification, and aggregate I certification all preferred.

• Overtime pay at time and a half.
