$100,000 – $150,000 per year

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for commercial construction projects.
• Analyze blueprints and specifications to generate accurate estimates.
• Collaborate with vendors and subcontractors to refine cost projections.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or a related field.
• 5+ years of estimating experience in commercial construction.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency with estimating software.
