Construction Superintendent

The Construction Superintendent will oversee medium-sized teams of 5-15 members on residential and commercial projects, ensuring all aspects of construction operations are executed efficiently. This role requires frequent travel and strong leadership to manage resources, schedules, and compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Experience with Department of Defense (DOD) projects is a plus, and candidates must successfully pass a background check.

• Plan and coordinate construction projects from start to finish
• Lead and manage construction teams and subcontractors
• Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
• Manage project schedules and adjust to meet deadlines
• Oversee budget adherence and resource allocation
• Conduct regular site inspections and progress reporting
• Address and resolve construction issues promptly
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements

• 7+ years of experience in construction management
• Ability to pass a background check

• Expertise in construction planning and project scheduling
• Knowledge of construction safety standards and risk management
• Experience managing budgets and leading teams
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements
• Experience in vertical (building) construction

Lodging, vehicle and phone allowances will be provided along with per diem.
