. In this role, you'll help build high-quality modular homes in a controlled, team-based production environment.

As a Construction Technician, you'll play a key role in the homebuilding process:

• Follow blueprints and work instructions to complete construction tasks
• Work alongside team members to meet daily production goals
• Perform general construction duties across different areas as needed
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
• Use hand and power tools to assemble and build home components
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers
• Assist in identifying and solving basic production or construction issues

• 1+ year of construction or related experience preferred (but not required)
• Ability to read blueprints or willingness to learn
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
• Positive attitude and team-first mindset
• Reliable and punctual
• Problem-solving ability
• High level of integrity and professionalism
• Willingness to cross-train and assist in multiple departments
• Must be able to pass pre-employment screening (drug-free workplace)

This is an active, hands-on role. Candidates must be able to:

• Lift, carry, and move materials up to 50 lbs regularly
• Stand and work on your feet for extended periods
• Bend, kneel, reach, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
• Safely operate hand and power tools
• Work in a fast-paced production environment
• Tolerate varying temperatures within a manufacturing setting
• Maintain awareness of surroundings to ensure a safe workplace
