Project coordinator

Job Description

Looking for a project coordinator with excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to diagnose complex problems.

• Compiling work packages for crews
• Reviewing field generated paperwork daily
• Working extensively with Excel to manage database information
• Working with tablets to organize work packages based on geography and client-driven priority requirements
• Tracking and modelling installation production data
• Providing weekly project updates for internal and client stakeholders
• Cultivate and promote positive working relationships with internal management team, site supervisors, subcontractors and other contractors on site

• Construction industry experience preferred
• Previous administrative roles in a fast-paced construction environment
• Military experience may be considered in place of job experience

• Must be able to work on a team and be able to communicate, follow directions and help others as needed
• Must be dependable and adhere to daily work schedule
• Must obtain negative drug test prior to hire
• Communicate and interact with internal employees, colleagues and clients in a professional and timely manner
• Proven business writing skills
• Excellent computer skills beyond basic Word, PowerPoint and Excel
• Ability to work and think independently to prioritize work to meet deadlines

High school or equivalent

Driver's License in good standing
