General Laborer & Concrete Worker
Tribal One Construction is looking to hire a full‑time General Laborer and Concrete Worker to join our team. Do you have experience as a General Laborer and Concrete Worker? Would you like to work for a growing and innovative construction company that values its employees?

Duties/ Responsibilities
- Maintain absolute integrity and honesty with management, subordinates, clients, subcontractors and all team members.
- Motivated to understand and enhance client's mission.
- General Labor duties may include:
- Demolition;
- Erosion control BMP installation;
- Operate equipment as needed for the project; and
- General site clean‑up and housekeeping duties.
- Concrete Worker duties may include:
- Demo worksites and prepare for new concrete pour or placement;
- Set/strip concrete forms;
- Pour or place concrete;
- Install rebar, expansion joints or carbon fiber;
- Repair concrete structures; and
- Install joint sealant.
- Follow all safety protocols at all times on jobsite.
- Clean up the worksite when the project is completed.
- Other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma and/or GED certificate.
- One (1) year of concrete or skilled labor experience preferred.
- Knowledge of standard construction equipment and materials.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds.
- Reliable transportation.
- Must currently process and maintain a valid driver's license.
- Must pass and remain in compliance with drug‑free workplace policies (including all Federal laws).
- Must be able to pass and remain compliant with company, Denver Department of Aviation, and Federal background checks.
- Must function as a responsible team member.
- Must exhibit excellent communications and interpersonal skills.
- Must be able to climb ladders and access roof tops.
- Exposure to weather conditions such as heat, cold, rain and dust on a regular basis.
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and evening hours as business demands.
- Pushing, pulling and lifting objects from a lower to a higher position or moving objects horizontally, from position to position.
- Maintaining body equilibrium to prevent falling while walking, standing, or crouching on narrow, slippery or erratically moving surfaces.
- Specific vision abilities include close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
