Job Role s and Responsibilities

Manage roofing projects from post-sale handoff through final completion.

Coordinate and track material orders to ensure timely delivery.

Schedule installation dates with customers, installation crews, and subcontractors.

Conduct site visits and monitor project progress to maintain quality standards.

Identify and resolve punch list items and oversee necessary field corrections.

Address and resolve project-related issues involving customers, installers, and subcontractors.

Maintain clear communication with all project stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Ensure projects are completed according to established timelines and quality expectations.

Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in the roofing industry.

Hands-on experience with residential roofing installations.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
