Job Details

As a Multifamily Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our multifamily construction projects from inception to completion. Your primary duties will include:

  • Managing the entire construction process, including pre-construction planning, budgeting, scheduling, and quality control
  • Coordinating with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project goals are met
  • Overseeing project teams and field personnel, providing guidance and mentorship as needed
  • Negotiating cost-effective subcontracts and material purchases
  • Implementing job procedures and techniques to ensure timely buyout, shop drawing approval, and material delivery
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, architects, and subcontractors
  • Providing value-engineered solutions when applicable
  • Ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations, federal and state laws, and company policies
  • Managing project financials, including budgets, cost tracking, and change orders
  • Conducting regular site visits to evaluate construction progress and address any issues
  • Preparing and presenting project reports to senior management

The successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in multifamily construction project management. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential for this role.
