An established, highly respected commercial construction leader is seeking a veteran Level 3 Superintendent to spearhead major ground-up projects in Michigan.

• 12–15+ Story High-Rise Experience: Prefer you have personally led ground-up multifamily or multi-unit high-rise projects of this scale from start to finish.

What You Will Do

• Lead Major Projects: Independently manage complex ground-up builds, schedules, trades, and safety.
• Mentor Future Leaders: Coach and develop junior Superintendents to strengthen the overall field team.
• Drive Field Culture: Lead with a level-headed, collaborative, and team-oriented approach.

Ideal Background

• Experience: 15–25+ years in commercial construction preferred.
• Project History: Proven track record running 12–20+ story mixed-use or residential high-rises.
• Stability: Stable career progression showing clear project ownership.
