We are seeking an experienced individual with a wide range of knowledge in baking and pastry.
Responsibilities:
- Open the store.
- Create production lists for the day and week.
- Work with other back‑of‑the‑house members to realize production.
- Keep up on product inventory and place orders with vendors.
- Communicate with front‑of‑the‑house staff on stocking and other chores.
- Create seasonal pastry specialties and specialty cake decorations.
- Coordinate occasionally with the hot kitchen on specials.
Compensation is based on experience and will be discussed at interview.
Qualifications:
- Experience in cake decorating.
- All aspects of baking experience.
- Knowledge of production methods.
