T.R. McTaggart Apparel Graphic Design & Marketing Specialist

The Apparel Graphic Design & Marketing Specialist will support marketing initiatives through creative, visually compelling design. This onsite role in Standish, MI focuses on building brand identity and creating engaging content across both digital and print channels, including original graphics for apparel products.

• Design and produce marketing materials, including digital and print catalogs, email campaigns, brochures, social media graphics, flyers, and presentations
• Collaborate with the T.R. McTaggart sales, service, design, and operations teams to deliver content aligned with sales and marketing goals and brand standards
• Support preparation of production artwork in coordination with the art and design team
• Create original and innovative graphics for apparel products
• Ensure designs render well across different apparel types and sizes, with production-ready preparation
• Stay current on apparel graphic trends, color palettes, and decoration techniques
• Contribute creative concepts during team brainstorming and marketing strategy discussions, aligning with existing brand strategy and building on it
• Deliver creative projects on time while managing multiple priorities

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in a graphic design or marketing role
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite
  , including Photoshop, Illustrator, and In Design
• Ability to create visually appealing and cohesive designs
• Strong understanding of visual storytelling, branding, and layout design
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Corel experience
• Canva or Figma experience
• Experience with video editing and basic animation
• Knowledge of screen-printing, embroidery, and other apparel decoration methods
• Familiarity with content management systems, email management systems, and social media platforms
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
