Customer Service Representative | Whitehall, MI
Salary Range: $47,000 - $67,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity
We are partnering with organizations in Whitehall that are seeking Customer Service Representatives. These companies are committed to building strong teams and are looking for professionals who can lead initiatives effectively. Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding product specifications, orders, and delivery schedules.
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with production and logistics teams to provide customers with accurate lead times and shipping information.
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints related to product quality, shipping errors, or damaged goods.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and resolutions.
- Provide customers with technical support and product information for manufacturing components.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and contribute to process enhancements.
- Experience with ERP or CRM software
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes or products
- Ability to read and understand technical specifications or product diagrams
- Strong problem-solving skills for production or delivery issues
- Excellent communication skills to liaise between customers and production teams
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Net Suite)
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes or terminology
- Ability to read and understand technical product specifications or diagrams
- Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud or similar CRM platforms
- Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., CX, conflict resolution)
