Center Desk Attendant

Overview

As an Adventure Center Desk Attendant you are responsible for providing quality service to guests by responding to their questions and requests and scheduling tours promptly, efficiently, and courteously on phone calls and during the check‑in process. As a Boyne Mountain team member there are many perks to take advantage of, such as ski passes, golf passes, waterpark passes, and discounts for food, beverages, retail, daycare, and more.

• Register, process, and greet guests promptly.
• Develop a thorough knowledge of all activities offered at Adventure Center.
• Verify all guest information and ensure proper paperwork is completed at the time of check‑in.
• Know all cash handling procedures, including credit and traveler’s check procedures, and adhere to them.
• Answer telephones promptly using proper telephone etiquette and an appropriate script.
• Keep Adventure Center Manager fully informed of all problems or unusual matters of possible significance.

• You are at least 18 years old.
• You are available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• You have achieved a high school diploma or general education degree (GED).
