Member Advisor - Part Time

Schedule:
* Up to 29 hours/Week
* Monday - Friday shifts (starting as early as 7:45 am and ending at approximately 5:15 pm).
* Mandatory 2-3 Saturdays per month (8:30 am - 1:30 pm).
Orientation & Training:
* Orientation: 8 days of paid orientation at our main branch (1100 Clinton Road, Jackson, MI).
* Training: 5 weeks of hands-on learning with an experienced Member Advisor to set you up for success.

Your Role:
* Process everyday banking transactions like deposits and withdrawals.
* Assist members with loan applications.
* Spot and prevent potentially fraudulent activity.
* Share products and services that make life better for our members.
* Use multiple programs while staying compliant with regulations.
Minimum Qualifications:
* High School Diploma/GED required.
* 1 year of similar experience preferred.
