Job Description / Qualifications
- High school education
- Related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
Duties include:
- Answer and manage phone calls
- Greet Members & Guests upon arrival; coat check as needed
- Take and confirm reservations and dining carry‑out orders
- Provide excellent customer service and attention to detail
- Multitask and prioritize as necessary to meet customer needs
- Maintain positive ongoing relationships with Members, Guests and Staff
- Maintain high ethical standards and professionalism
- Represent the company with integrity and dedication
