Salary Range: $43,000 - $63,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We collaborate with manufacturing companies in the St. Johns region seeking Customer Service Representatives. These employers partner with us because they want real insight into candidates—not just resumes. By joining our network, you gain access to roles worth considering.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding product specifications, order status, and delivery schedules.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to product defects, shipping errors, and service complaints.
• Collaborate with production, logistics, and quality control teams to expedite orders and resolve customer concerns.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and resolutions in the CRM system.
• Provide product information and technical support to customers, including usage instructions and maintenance tips.
• Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Recommended Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
• 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in manufacturing or a related technical field
• Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical information clearly
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes or product lifecycle
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents or blueprints
• Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., CX, conflict resolution)
