truenorth is seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) in Spring Lake, Michigan. The CSR delivers exceptional customer service while supporting sales growth and operational efficiency. You will assist customers, process transactions accurately, and help maintain store cleanliness both inside and outside.
The ideal candidate will work flexible hours including evenings and weekends and should possess strong customer service skills. No experience is required, although prior experience in a customer-facing role is preferred.
