Location: Hillsdale

Hillsdale College is seeking a Customer Service Support Coordinator to assist in handling calls and emails regarding undergraduate admissions. The position is full-time and responsibilities include supporting admissions inquiries, working closely with the Admissions Team and various departments.

A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required along with critical thinking skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This is an excellent opportunity to represent Hillsdale College and engage with prospective students.
