Potential daily bonus of $150 - $300. Local growing company has an immediate need for a Customer Service Representative - Dispatcher to work evenings and weekend shifts from 10:30 am - 7:00 pm and or 7:30 am to 4:00 pm (approx. 32-40 hours/week). Looking for a reliable dispatcher who has experience scheduling appointments and dispatching technicians to service calls.
Responsibilities- Providing friendly services to customers & company departments, offering enthusiastic guidance to customers & employees, assisting & maintaining quality and organization.
- Keeping data and records up to date including spreadsheet information, answering multi‑line telephone system.
- Dispatching service technicians using a GPS software program.
- Assist with general office and administrative functions including (but not limited to) filing, faxing, marketing, and cold calling customers.
- Reliable dispatcher experience scheduling appointments and dispatching technicians to service calls.
- Responsible, self‑starter, family‑oriented, can operate in a past‑paced environment.
- Must live within 20 minutes of our location on 26 Mile and County Line Road.
$15.00 - $17.00/hr depending on experience; potential daily bonus of $150 - $300.
