Location: South Haven

Location: South Haven, MI
Pay: $16.00–$20.00 per hour (DOE)
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 1st Shift

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a professional, organized, and customer-focused Receptionist / Customer Service Representative for one of our valued clients in the South Haven area. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with customers, staying organized, and providing outstanding support in a fast-paced office environment.

In addition to traditional receptionist responsibilities, this individual will play an important role in assisting customers by preparing quotes, answering product and order-related questions, and ensuring excellent customer service from start to finish.

Responsibilities
  • Greet visitors and provide a welcoming, professional first impression
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls
  • Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email
  • Assist customers with pricing quotes and product information
  • Answer questions regarding existing orders, order status, and general account inquiries
  • Enter and maintain customer information accurately
  • Process paperwork and maintain organized filing systems
  • Coordinate communication between customers and internal departments
  • Perform general administrative and clerical duties

    Support the office team with additional projects as needed
Qualifications
  • Previous receptionist, administrative assistant, or customer service experience preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Comfortable working with computers, Microsoft Office, and office equipment
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy
  • Friendly, professional demeanor with strong problem-solving skills
  • Experience preparing quotes or working in a manufacturing or industrial office environment is a plus
