Manpower - 925 West Washington Street, Suite 105 - Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional front-line member service by processing deposits, withdrawals, and account maintenance tasks with accuracy and efficiency.;
Assist members with account-related inquiries, including opening/closing accounts, debit card issues, and other account maintenance needs.;
Address and resolve member questions or concerns about credit union products and services, ensuring a positive member experience.;
Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth daily operations and member satisfaction.;
Be prepared to work at multiple branch locations (Ishpeming and Marquette) as needed and assist with Saturday shifts.
