We are seeking an experienced Client Service Representative to join our team. At VCA Animal Hospitals, your pet’s health is our top priority and excellent service is our goal. We aim to exceed every pet owner’s expectations with professional and personable service.

The Client Service Representative is the face of VCA. You will set the tone for the practice, build and maintain customer trust, and pivot the hospital’s operations around your work.

• Facilitate customer service functions: greet visitors, answer telephones, and guide clients and their pets to exam rooms.
• Schedule and confirm appointments.
• Place outbound calls for follow‑ups and outreach to prospective clients.
• Present and explain fees, including processing payments.
• Recommend, select, and obtain products and services, including prescriptions.
• Answer questions about products and services and educate clients on general animal husbandry and non‑medical pet care (e.g., heartworm prevention, housebreaking, flea & tick control).
• Manage medical records, charts, reports, and correspondence.
• Maintain hospital conditions (remove animal waste, keep the facility neat and clean both inside and outside).
