Grand Hotel on Mackinac Island, Michigan is seeking a Telephone/PBX Operator for a seasonal role. You will be the first point of contact for our guests, handling all calls with professionalism and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, excellent communication, strong customer service skills, and basic computer proficiency. Weekend and holiday shifts are required. Room & Board is available at a daily rate.
