We're currently seeking aCustomer Service & Office Support Specialistto join our team in Standish, Michigan. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual who enjoys working with customers, supporting sales efforts, and keeping office operations running smoothly.

What You'll Do:

• Enter and process customer orders accurately
• Edit and update order information as needed
• Assist the sales team with customer support and order coordination
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls
• Perform daily invoicing and data entry
• Manage filing, mailings, and general office organization
• Learn and utilize our internal production software
• Provide excellent service to customers and teammates alike

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to learn new software and systems
