Salary Range: $40,000 - $60,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are partnering with organizations in Newaygo that are seeking Customer Service Representatives. Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding product specifications, orders, and delivery schedules.
• Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.

• Investigate and resolve customer complaints related to product quality or service.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.

Recommended Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
• 2+ years experience in customer service, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting
• Proven ability to understand and communicate technical product information
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to de-escalate customer issues
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
