Take 5 Car Wash is seeking a Shift Lead to help ensure each shift runs smoothly by supporting the team and delivering a great customer experience. You will engage with customers, assist with daily operations, uphold site standards, and step in to lead the team when management is not on-site.
You will greet customers, answer questions, promote memberships, and monitor wash quality to ensure Sparkle Assurance. This role requires leadership during shifts and a focus on safety and efficiency.
