Experienced, Licensed Customer Service Reps can expect to earn $34, in salary PLUS commission and bonus opportunities.

• Answer incoming phone calls promptly.
• Process customer policy change requests.
• Verify contact information and update where necessary.
• Handle billing inquiries and process payments
• Schedule appointments for sales staff to meet prospective customers.
• Responds to all inquiries, cancellation requests, and sales requests within specified timeframe.

• Property & Casualty license is required.
• Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Proficiency to multi-task,
  follow-thru and follow-up.
• Driven and goal-oriented individual.
• Ability to tactfully handle stressful and difficult situations.
• Works well with other employees and is a team player with a positive attitude.
