Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for our policyholders, helping them navigate their coverage options with clarity and patience.
  • Review existing client accounts to ensure their protection plans remain aligned with their life changes.
  • Process routine policy updates, billing inquiries, and certificates of insurance with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Collaborate with our insurance advisors to gather necessary documentation for new policies or renewals.
  • Document client interactions and changes in our database to ensure our team is always informed.
  • Foster a welcoming office environment by greeting visitors and maintaining a professional, helpful presence.
Requirements
  • Active Michigan Property & Casualty Insurance License (unlicensed candidates may apply if willing to obtain license within the first month of employment)
  • Two or more years of experience in customer service, administrative, or office setting.
  • Clear, empathetic communication skills when speaking with clients over the phone or in person.
  • Solid understanding of Microsoft Office Suite and agency management systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to track multiple client requests simultaneously.
  • Associate degree or higher, or equivalent professional certification.
  • Understanding of modern technology uses, including AI
