This role focuses on providing exceptional service and support through our digital platforms, assisting members with their financial needs, and ensuring a seamless online experience. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of technical savvy and customer service excellence to help our members navigate digital services effectively.

Responsibilities

• Assist members with inquiries on digital channels regarding various financial products including loans and savings accounts.
• Resolve issues related to account management, online banking, mobile app functionality, and other digital services.
• Educate members on the use and benefits of the credit union's digital tools and services.
• Provide feedback to the tech team on system improvements and updates based on member interactions and challenges.
• Continuously update knowledge of digital financial services and security protocols.
