Your contribution:

• You support us in the care of our customers throughout the entire customer journey
• You recognize churn risks together with the team early on, develop measures to increase customer satisfaction (CSAT/NPS), and actively contribute to sustainable customer retention
• You work actively in exciting projects and support the implementation of optimizations in your area of responsibility
• You analyze together with the team the depth of use of our CGM software solutions and support the development of strategies to increase active usage
• You work closely with our expert teams (support, product management, sales) and actively contribute to an optimal customer experience

What you bring with you:

• You are enrolled and want to gain practical experience alongside your studies, take on responsibility, and provide real value for our customers
• You enjoy direct customer contact, have a strong customer orientation, and can adapt well to different customer needs
• You work reliably and self-organized, bring in your own ideas, and want to actively contribute to the improvement of our processes
• You have secure knowledge of the common MS Office applications (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
• You have very good German language skills in speech and writing for communication with our customers;
  English skills are advantageous
