Associate Degree in business administration or equivalent work experience

Minimum of 3 years of office experience

Excellent customer relation, communication and team skills

Advanced organizational and coordination skills

Minimum of 3 years experience in automotive industry

To provide high quality customer service functions while maintaining accurate manufacturing system information

• Respond to customer needs and requirements with a high level of customer service in a timely fashion; process purchase orders and production releases, track shipments/delivery dates and reconcile customer cumulative totals.
• Performs functions with various departments within the organization and generate daily shipping orders and production efficiency reports.
• Add new parts to AS400 for production, and change prices on parts in the system. Check Finished Goods pricing in the system.
• Performs back up functions for material requirements, planning reports and production orders.
• Check and Count Raw Inventory & Finished Goods inventory and Solve any issues related to them.
• Various Account Payable functions including organizing and mailing checks as needed.
• Stock receipts, match invoices to packing slip, and check pricing on invoices. Submit receipts for Monthly Credit Card Bills. Order MRO Items. Order necessary items through Regency ordering platforms, i.e. Amazon.
• Develop, implement and maintain integrity and security of manufacturing system information (other than accounting); and create procedures and reports to interpret manufacturing data.
• Maintain customer communication, and websites.
• Work with cross-functional plant personnel to efficiently improve customer service initiatives.
• Responsible for general office duties; and primarily responsible for responding professionally to visitor needs and incoming telephone calls.
• Check Mail when delivered, get supplies for customer visits, and company events from local stores. Get supplies for janitors.
• Work on Continuous Improvement activities as assigned per the 6S standards
