The Bluffs in Houghton, MI — Senior Living by Allegro — is seeking a warm, professional Part Time Concierge /Receptionist to be the welcoming presence at the heart of our senior living community.

Join our team as a Community Concierge! We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and service-focused professional who enjoys helping others and creating a welcoming experience for residents and their families.

The Community Concierge serves as a key point of contact for residents and families, helping coordinate services, transportation, special requests, community activities, and day‑to‑day needs.

• Provide exceptional customer service to residents and families
• Assist residents with questions, requests, reservations, and community services
• Help coordinate resident transportation and appointments
• Welcome and assist new residents during move‑in
• Support community activities, events, and resident needs
• Communicate with other departments to ensure resident requests are handled promptly

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of customer service experience
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Friendly, professional, and service‑oriented personality
• Ability to multitask and problem‑solve
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
• Ability to work some weekends and overnight
