We are seeking a motivated and skilled dentist to join this modern, state-of-the-art practice.

This is a dynamic role where the ideal candidate will have the opportunity to grow their skills, build patient relationships, and take on a rewarding caseload. You will have your own two operatories, supported by two personal dental assistants, and the ability to earn a competitive salary ranging from $250,000 to $350,000 per year.

• Immediate Caseload: Start with a full patient schedule.
• Compensation: Earn between $250,000 - $350,000 annually, depending on experience and performance.
• State-of-the-Art Technology:
  • CBCT, all-digital X-rays, and other modern equipment.
  • Opportunity to expand your skills with implants and other advanced procedures.
• Support: Two personal dental assistants dedicated to your operatories.
• Professional Development: Continuing education and the potential for advanced skill development, particularly in implant placement.
• High-Quality Patient Care: Focus on delivering quality care with an emphasis on long-term patient relationships and outcomes.

• Provide general dentistry services including exams, diagnoses, treatment plans, and patient counseling.
• Manage two operatories with the support of two dedicated dental assistants.
• Perform all aspects of general dentistry, from preventive care to restorative procedures.
• Opportunity to learn and perform dental implant placement if desired.
• Maintain excellent chairside manner and communication with patients, ensuring a positive and compassionate experience.
• Collaborate with a friendly and professional team to maintain high standards of patient care.

• DDS/DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
• Proficiency in all areas of general dentistry, including restorative, preventive, and cosmetic treatments.
• A desire to expand your skillset, particularly in implant dentistry.
• Strong communication skills and a patient-centered approach.
• Ability to work effectively in a busy, fast-paced environment.

• Monday to Thursday (with additional Saturdays as needed).
