We are looking for a motivated team player to add to our hygiene team.

Are you a skilled and compassionate dental hygienist looking to make a difference in a close‑knit, patient‑focused environment? Dr. Doni Mallia, a highly respected solo practitioner, is seeking a dedicated hygienist to join her practice and provide top‑notch care to our valued patients.

• Licensed dental hygienist
• Clinical experience in general dentistry
• Experience with digital radiographs and Eagle Soft

• Schedule:
  
  Mondays 9:00 AM–7:00 PM (1‑hour lunch) and Wednesdays 7:30 AM–5:30 PM (1‑hour lunch)
• Patient load:
  Typically 8 patients per day, allowing focused, high‑quality care
• Work‑Life Balance:
  Consistent, manageable schedule with no weekend hours

Pay: $45–$50 per hour. Salary is based on a combination of production and collections, with a bonus system in place.
