Dental Treatment Coordinator

Robinson Dental is seeking a caring Dental Treatment Coordinator to guide patients through their dental care journey. In this role, you will educate patients on treatment options, present financial arrangements, schedule and coordinate appointments across providers, and ensure all records, referrals, and authorizations are accurate and complete. You'll collaborate closely with dentists, hygienists, and front office staff to support efficient clinic flow and an outstanding patient experience.

This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, comfortable discussing finances, and passionate about communication, organization, and patient care.

Responsibilities

• Educate patients on recommended dental treatments, options, and expected outcomes
• Prepare and present treatment plans, costs, and financial arrangements to patients
• Coordinate and schedule patient appointments, follow-ups, and multi-provider visits
• Verify insurance eligibility, benefits, and pre-authorizations for treatment
• Estimate patient portions and process payments, financing, and payment plans
• Maintain accurate patient records, treatment notes, and documentation in practice software
• Communicate with clinical and front office teams to support smooth daily workflow
• Follow up with patients on pending treatment and recall to support case acceptance
• Provide exceptional customer service and support in person and by phone/email
• Uphold privacy, compliance, and safety standards within the dental practice
