Dental Office Manager - Pleasant Ridge Family Dentistry

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Office Manager to join our Pleasant Ridge dental team. This is a great opportunity for a confident leader who enjoys working with people, developing teams, and helping a dental practice achieve its operational and financial goals.

The ideal candidate will be organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently while providing exceptional support to both patients and team members.

Schedule
  • Monday: 10:00 AM-7:00 PM
  • Tuesday: 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
  • Thursday: 8:00 AM-4:00 PM
  • Friday: 8:00 AM-2:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and support the day-to-day operations of the dental office
  • Train, coach, and develop team members to help them succeed
  • Create a positive, collaborative, and patient-focused office environment
  • Provide legendary customer experiences and ensure patients feel valued and cared for
  • Monitor and support practice revenue and profitability goals
  • Maintain a 98% collections rate through effective billing and collections processes
  • Identify opportunities to improve office performance, efficiency, and patient satisfaction
  • Partner with the clinical and administrative teams to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Address operational challenges and make decisions independently when needed
  • Help ensure the practice is appropriately staffed and running efficiently
  • Support scheduling, patient flow, and overall front-office operations
