We are currently seeking an ambitious and experienced AutoCAD Operator specializing in residential architecture. Must have mastery in producing construction drawings with an understanding of residential frame construction methods as well as building and wall sections for complex residential projects. Candidates must thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and be extremely detail‑oriented. Local candidates only for this onsite position.

• Expertise in residential architecture
• High-level proficiency in Sketch Up, AutoCAD, Photoshop, and 3D rendering software
• 4+ years experience as an Auto CAD Operator
• Bachelors or Masters in Architecture
• Friendly and collaborative personality

We are currently seeking a Senior Architect to lead the design of our residential projects and take a prominent role in driving the creativity of the firm. Must be an exceptional architect across traditional, transitional and contemporary architecture and have an obsessive attention to detail. Candidates must have the ability to translate the client needs into visual concepts and preliminary designs and lead the project all the way through construction drawings and working on site.

The role is both internally and externally facing requiring a friendly and confident demeanor.

• 10+ years experience as a residential designer
• Expertise in traditional, contemporary and transitional architecture
• Ability to oversee the project from preliminary designs through construction drawings
• Proficiency in Sketch Up, CAD, Photoshop, and 3D rendering software
• Strong hand‑sketching and conceptual skills
• Friendly, likable personality who works well with clients
• Experience managing staff and other architects/designers
