This vital role offers an excellent opportunity to deliver primary care in a supportive environment, with a focus on adult medicine, ensuring high-quality patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide compassionate, evidence-based primary care to adult patients.
• Conduct patient assessments, diagnosis, treatment planning, and follow-up.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure holistic patient care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Adhere to clinic hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with no evening or weekend shifts required.

Required Skills:

• Valid medical license to practice in the applicable state.
• Proven experience in adult medicine with a minimum of 3-6 months of coverage preferred.
• Excellent communication and patient management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving abilities.

Nice to Have

Skills:

• Certifications in Board Certification in Family Medicine.
• Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing patient communication.

Preferred

Education and Experience:

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree.
• Residency training in Family Medicine.
• Prior experience working in outpatient clinics or primary care settings.

Other Requirements:

• Willingness to accept adult medicine-only practice.
• Act 10 allowable for applicable authorities.
• Ability to commit to a minimum 3-6 months of coverage.
• Eligibility for licensure, certification, and necessary travel or reimbursements.

Compensation:

Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00
