Responsibilities
This is 24 Hr Solo Coverage for a rural hospital, typicallyhours working with the remainder on call. Doctor will have sleeping amenities nearby or on-site.
• Required Procedures:
Intubation, vent management, lines, all procedures requried at this hospital.

Critical Success Factors:
Collegial communication with nursing and administrative staff.
Evaluating patients in the Emergency Department at the time of admission.
High volume facility with census and acuity - all providers must be able to perform required intubations.
In the moment teaching with nursing staff while being open to questions - remaining approachable
Keeping pulmonary ICU level patients.
