• Collegial communication with nursing and administrative staff.
• Evaluating patients in the Emergency Department at the time of admission.
• High volume facility with census and acuity— all providers must be able to perform required intubations.
• In-the-moment teaching with nursing staff while being open to questions— remaining approachable.
• Keeping pulmonary ICU level patients.
