Requirements:

• Board Certification: Must be a Board Certified OB/GYN (Board Eligible not accepted)
• Licensure: Michigan Medical License and Controlled Substance Registration (CSR) required at time of submission
• Certifications: BLS and DEA certifications required
• Background: Clean background for fast credentialing process, required
• Local Provider: Must be a local provider, as travel accommodations are capped

• Compensation: 24-hour daily on-call rate, including holiday call rates and callback compensation
• Malpractice Coverage: Malpractice must be included in the provided rate
