About the Position
Urology
Join our esteemed medical team as a Board Certified Urologist and make a meaningful difference in patients’ lives through comprehensive urological care. This long-term opportunity offers a balanced schedule with Monday through Friday clinic and operating room shifts, providing consistency and stability. Enjoy a two-week on, two-week off rotation designed to support both your professional growth and personal well-being. Our state-of-the-art facility features a dedicated clinic space and onsite Da Vinci Xi Robot to enhance surgical precision and patient outcomes.
This role is ideal for a qualified urologist seeking a rewarding environment committed to excellence and community service.
Required Skills:
Board certification or eligibility in Urology (American Board of Urology or American Osteopathic Board of Surgery – Urological Surgery)
Successful completion of an ACGME or AOA-accredited residency/fellowship or foreign training in Urology
Minimum of 50 urological procedures performed in the past 12 months or recent completion of accredited residency/fellowship
Valid Michigan Medical License, Michigan CDS, and MI DEA registration
Excellent clinical judgment and patient communication skills
Ability to work independently in a clinical setting
Nice to Have
Skills:
Experience with robotic-assisted surgery
Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems
Bilingual abilities to serve diverse patient populations
Preferred
Education and Experience:
Doctorate in Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
Recent graduation from residency or fellowship within the last 12 months
Prior experience performing urological procedures, especially minimally invasive techniques
Other Requirements:
Valid Michigan medical license, CDS license, and DEA registration are mandatory
Willingness to work scheduled shifts with no call responsibilities
Ability to obtain credentialing prerequisites prior to start date
Facility lodging available with amenities for short-term stays if needed
