What You'll Do
  • Provide on-call orthopaedic coverage at a Level III Trauma facility
  • Handle bread-and-butter cases, including fractures, sports injuries, and general orthopaedics
  • Manage incoming trauma consultations and follow-up care during call shifts
  • Coordinate with surgical teams, PA’s, and radiology staff
  • Provide consultation and support in the emergency department as needed
  • Ensure documentation of all patient encounters is accurate and timely
  • Collaborate with the hospital team to deliver high-quality patient care
What You Need
  • Active Michigan medical license, MI CDS, and MI DEA
  • Board Certification in Orthopaedic Surgery or eligibility
  • Experience in trauma, fracture management, and total joint procedures preferred
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
  • Commitment to delivering excellent patient care and team collaboration
