"Primary Care Physician or APP (NP/PA)
Position Overview Seeking one temporary Primary Care provider (MD/DO, NP, or PA) to provide outpatient coverage while a permanent provider is being onboarded. The assignment is expected to begin in early August and last at least 12 weeks.
Compensation:
Hourly: $175/hr Overtime: $260/hr Schedule Tentative
Start Date:
August 3, 2026
Minimum Assignment Length: 12 weeks

Practice Setting Outpatient Primary Care Adult and Geriatric patient population
No Emergency Department backup responsibilities
Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive primary care services
Manage acute and chronic medical conditions
Perform evaluation and management of acute volume and blood pressure issues
Perform pelvic exams and Pap smears
Conduct disability examinations
See approximately 1822 patients per day Practice Details5 Primary Care Physicians4 Advanced Practice Providers No supervision of other providers required
23 exam rooms per providerEMREpicRequirementsMD/DO or NP/PABoard Certified or Board Eligible (must become Board Certified within 3 years of training)
Minimum of 1 year of Primary Care experience
Active Michigan medical license
Active DEABLS certification
Must be available full-time Monday Thursday Local Michigan provider (drive-in candidate required)
NPDB Self-Query report dated within 30 days of presentation
Additional Information Temporary privileges available
Estimated credentialing timeframe: 10 business days
