This hospital-based position, near Lake Leelanau, MI, offers a unique chance to showcase expertise in both spinal and cranial procedures. Join a dedicated team where imaging, lab facilities, procedure rooms, and operating rooms are conveniently on-site.

• Coverage Type: 24-hour call plus rounding and admits
• Procedures: Both spinal and cranial
• Facility: Hospital-based, with imaging, lab, procedure rooms, and OR on-site
• Team Composition: 1 Neurosurgeon, 1 Ortho-spinal surgeon, and Neurosurgery APPs in clinic
• Certification: Board certified providers only (no BE)
• Privileging: 10 days from application receipt for clean providers
• Patient Volume: Approximately 5 inpatients per day
• EMR: Cerner

• Malpractice: Included in rates
• On-call daily: Per 24 hours of call coverage
• Weekend call: Saturday & Sunday (Per 24 hours of call, including 4 gratis hours)
• Call back: Per hour of patient call back hours
• Holidays: 1.5x
• Conversion rate
