Clinicians on assignment may also explore family-oriented destinations, outdoor pursuits across the Upper Peninsula's waterfalls and lakes, and distinctive local shops and dining in communities such as Petoskey and Traverse City.

The gynecological oncologist will provide inpatient and clinic-based coverage during day shifts, managing approximately 20 patients in clinic and performing 3-4 OR cases per day on surgical days. Responsibilities include gynecological oncology surgical cases, inpatient consults, and clinic visits, with call coverage required at a 1:4 ratio. Chemotherapy oversight has been transitioned to the medical oncology team and is not a primary responsibility of this role.

Board certification in Gynecological Oncology is required for this assignment.
