Shift: 24-hour call coverage (7am-7am)

License/Certifications: MI Medical License, MI CDS, MI DEA, ABOS Board Certification (no NBPAS)
Experience: Board Certified Orthopaedic Surgeon with expertise in Total Joints preferred

Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00

What You'll Do:

Provide urgent call coverage for emergency orthopaedic consults, including trauma cases and general orthopaedic issues
Manage and triage orthopedic emergencies, including fractures and sports injuries
Collaborate with hospital staff, PA's, and emergency department team
Maintain efficient and patient-focused care during call hours
Assist with wound care as needed and support the surgical team when called in

What You Need:

Active MI Medical License, MI CDS, MI DEA
ABOS Board Certification in Orthopaedic Surgery (must have)
Experience in total joint and general orthopedics preferred
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
