Physician - PM&R with Interventional Pain - Ludington, MI
Corewell Health Medical Group seeks a compassionate PM&R physician who has completed an interventional pain fellowship to practice in beautiful Ludington, Michigan. This role expands services along the lakeshore and will be an extension of the multidisciplinary spine care group in Grand Rapids.
Because the location is outreach based, the ideal candidate is an experienced PM&R/Pain physician skilled in EMGs. Anesthesia‑pain trained physicians are not considered, as EMGs are required.

- Residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (BC/BE)
- Fellowship in Interventional Pain (BC/BE)
- Michigan Medical License and DEA (or ability to obtain)
- Required bachelor’s degree
- State of Michigan licensure for physicians (MD or DO), DEA registration, and basic and advanced life‑support certifications as required
