• Location: Ironwood, MI
• Healthcare Setting: Outpatient family medicine clinic
• Start Date: 11/2/2026
• Coverage Need: Ongoing locum tenens opportunity
• Schedule: Daytime clinic hours, typically 8:00 AM–5:00 PM with a lunch break; flexible start and end times
• Patient Volume: Approximately 12–25 patient encounters per shift
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $5,780–$6,850

• Board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine
• Active Physician (MD) license or ability to obtain the appropriate licensure
• Minimum 1 year of family medicine or outpatient primary care experience required
• BLS certification required
• Comfort with general outpatient care, preventive medicine, and well-woman visits
• Pediatric experience preferred, including newborn through adolescent care
• Strong communication skills and a patient-centered approach

• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care for patients across the lifespan
• Manage routine family medicine visits, preventive care, and acute concerns
• Perform well-woman care as part of the clinic’s family medicine services
• Evaluate and treat pediatric patients when needed, with newborn and child care experience preferred
• Deliver efficient, high-quality care while maintaining smooth patient flow
• Collaborate with the clinic team to support excellent patient experiences
